pcb separator Features:
1.This PCB cutting machine with 2 cutting module and 3 cutting module optional via the PCB board material.The whole cutting process is divided into 2 or 3 stages. The stress of the cutting process can be reduced by 80% than the traditional one-cut process for the small cutting quantity each time. And the edges of the board are quite smooth and won’t bend and twist after cutting.
2.Unique bar design, can quickly separating the edge of the LED board, for the development of LED aluminum substrate, also suitable for other long LED panel and the PCBA processing.
3. Can be cut 10 PCB s at same time V cut lines are not deformed and fast speed（can be customized according to our customers’ requirement）;
4.Each up and down with 1 blade , standard 9 group at the same time cutting ,I improve efficiency;
5.Each machine face and back with a conveyor and could freedom to adjust altitude ,easy to operate;
6.Minimize the internal stress generated when cutting the board to avoid cracking;
7. Suitable for all PCBs with V-CUT;
8.Up and down round knife can be adjusted accurately and can be repeated over and over again.
